Not if you are Gerardo Vilchez. An American citizen living in Mexico, he was arrested when Raleigh, NC police found seventy pounds of cocaine in the rear wheels of the tour bus he was driving. They stopped him because they said he had run a stop sign. Last week a jury found him innocent and he was released after twenty one months in jail. Wheels turn mighty slow if you’re Mexican and its one of biggest stashes ever found in Wake County, NC.
